🔍 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised BizOps Manager to join our dynamic team at Encode. This role is at the heart of our operations, overseeing client partnerships, sales, and the organisation of our in-person programmes, including hackathons and conferences held quarterly in London and across the globe. You will report to, and work directly with the Head of BizOps. As BizOps Manager, you will play a critical role in planning and executing these events while also driving their success through sales and marketing.

Beyond events, the BizOps Manager will ensure the smooth running of in-house operations, from managing invoices and administrative tasks to fostering team culture through socials. This is an exciting opportunity for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to develop a diverse skill set in a fast-paced environment.

📌 Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person programmes in London and globally.
Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, managing end-to-end sales processes to achieve goals.
Execute effective marketing strategies to promote Encode’s events and initiatives.
Oversee in-house administration, including managing invoices, team social events, and other operational tasks.
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the overall growth and efficiency of the organisation.
