📝 For technical submissions, you will need to submit:

1. Project Details
   • Project name
   • Short project description
   • Explanation of how sponsor tech was used
2. Codebase
   • GitHub repository of the full codebase: Please keep the repo public for judges to review At a minimum, your code repo should be made public during the judging period! (14:30-17:30 Tuesday)
   • Readme describing the project in detail (this is essential to evaluating your project) Summary, overview, images of the demo, etc.
3. Video demonstration (max 3 min)
   • We recommend a quick walkthrough of what you’ve done including a demo of your project’s functionality and a brief overview of code structure
4. Any additional materials required for your challenge
   • Please add this when the form asks for additional attachments

📝 Optional Materials:

1. Presentation/Deck
2. Live website of the project for the public to test/demo
3. Technical Paper

⏰  The submission deadline is on Sunday 11th May, 2025 at 11am WEST.

You are allowed to submit multiple projects. Please complete one submission form for each project you wish to enter.

What happens after submission?

• After you submit, the judging period will begin!
• During this period, judges may want to ask some questions! We ask that someone from your team is nearby or present to answer questions in real time!
