In this position, you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse educational initiatives through compelling marketing strategies. Your primary goal will be to enhance our visibility, programme and event attendance and engage with our community effectively.

This role is ideal if you’re a recent graduate or young professional wanting to gain widespread experience in marketing. You are also welcome to apply if you are graduating in 2024 and are looking for post-graduation opportunities. 📌 Responsibilities

Help shape Encode’s positioning, brand and overall communications strategy.
Devise and execute strategies to market Encode programmes.
Utilise analytics and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance.
Draft social media and marketing content.
Coordinate with partners and clients to promote Encode’s offerings.
Interact with and manage our Designer to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
Conduct targeted outreach to our community to increase engagement.
Maintain online content and media across all Encode platforms (including the website, Twitter, LinkedIn, Luma, and more).
Stay up-to-date and highlight exciting developments in our community, alumni, and partner networks.
