Encode is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead the execution and expansion of our diverse educational initiatives, which include hackathons, accelerators, bootcamps, and educational events. In this position, you will orchestrate a portfolio of educational initiatives, including hackathons, accelerators, and bootcamp. This role requires a professional with a strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. You may be a recent graduate or an individual early in your career, eager to expand your horizons (no specific work experience required; we are focused on your potential and are prepared to guide you).
Strong academic performance: We expect an upper 2:1 at minimum (achieved or predicted) from a strong UK university.
You possess outstanding interpersonal skills, with proven proficiency in communication and collaboration, as evidenced by your involvement in team-based or leadership activities.
You bring a track record of distinctive achievement beyond your degree, such as in extracurricular activities, sports, arts, advanced studies, independent research, entrepreneurial projects, or part-time employment during your studies.
